Fraktpolicy

I'm so excited to ship some artwork to you!  Expect typically 2-3 weeks for your purchased product or art piece to arrive. For the latter option, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your purchase has been shipped!

Note that for some products (e.g. some of the furniture from the workshop), international shipping might not be possible. If this is the case, it is always clearly stated at the top of the product description. If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at lviii.pviii@gmail.com and I'll work with you to find a satisfactory solution. A FRIENDLY NOTICE ABOUT CUSTOMS & TAXES
Please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are your responsibility. These are not included in the item's price or shipping cost.

Because customs policies vary so much, we recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details. Unfortunately, any delays caused by customs are beyond our control and may affect your delivery time.

PACKAGING
Every painting and product that is shipped, is packaged with the environment in mind. I avoid using single plastic (and plastic in general) as much as possible unless recycled from post-consumer recycled plastic waste. I also re-use packaging materials whenever possible to reduce waste.
