Thank you for supporting my art! Each piece offered through this website is created with care and attention to detail. As an independent artist, I stand by the quality of my work and appreciate your understanding of the following policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of original artwork and fine art prints, all purchases are final sale. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items where you ordered the wrong color, size, or simply changed your mind. Please consider your purchase carefully before completing your order.
COLOUR DISCLAIMER
Please note that colours may appear slightly different on screen than in person due to variations in monitor settings. If you have any questions about a piece before purchasing, feel free to reach out.
DAMAGES OR MANUFACTURING ERRORS

Please consult the product description, as some gift shop items are made by partner vendors. In the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, these items are eligible for replacement or refund. If this is the case for you, please contact me at lviii.pviii@gmail.com within 25 days of delivery with photographs of the faulty product or damaged packaging.

For all other products, if your purchase arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the item. While I cannot offer refunds, I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement print or store credit in certain cases. I will do my utmost to find a satisfactory solution.
